Black Cats Bring Good Luck or Bad Luck

Black cats usually consider as witch cat or bad luck. However, all of those beliefs are wrong because it is just a normal cat like other cats. Most people think that if we crossed by black cats, we will get bad luck. This make black cat suffer much in its life. Many cats need over years to get new home from shelter because people like choosing bright colored cat than the black one. Actually, black cats have good behavior and very loyal to their owner. There is no something wrong with black cat.

Black cat myth 

So, many myths of black cats all over the world that tell us if they are good and bad. The bad myth started with a woman named galenthias from Greek mythology, which was known as witchcraft mother turned herself as black cat. There is a story from Europe county told that there was lived a king with black cat. He loves its cat and asks his people to keep the cat 24 hours. The king believed the cat could save him from the death. After the cat died, the king arrested. Then, the fisherman beliefs that black cat can prevent danger so they take the cat with him but on the way the cat stolen. It means that black cats are worth.

Black cat cannot be adopted in October

October is Halloween time where people play trick or treat. At the time, people wear ghost and witch costume to scare their friends, neighbors, and families. While October the demand of black cats are rising because they need black cat as furniture in their Halloween days. They usually come to the cat shelter to buy black cats before or during Halloween. However, they will take back the cat after Halloween and said “ it doesn’t work”. Most of the cats back with stress condition and trauma because the torture of people done to the cat. They consider the black cat as furniture not a fully pet. It is so horrible, isn’t it?. Since then, cat shelter not allowed people buy or take cat before or during October.

As human, we need to consider black cat as a pet not furniture or may be scary animal. This Cat is same from another cats, they need love and attention as a pet of harmful animal. So let us start to adopt black cat.
